WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be as excited about your knife as we are making them. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you for a resolution. However, please realize that each piece is unique and if it is a custom piece, we will have worked with you every step of the design, so custom pieces are not returnable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
If you are an "in stock" piece, we will ship it to you within 3-5 business days. If it is a custom order, lead time will vary depending on piece ordered.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Call or email for shipping quotes.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We love cash! Cash gives you the option of saving service fees and charges on your credit card. We do accept credit and debit, but appropriate fees will be added. We also accept payments via PayPal.
HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?
We save your name, address, email and phone number for our exclusive use during the ordering process. We will never sell or share your information with anyone! That is a guarantee we proudly stand behind.
